Overview

We are looking for a freelancer in customer support for administrative and telephone tasks.

In Short

• Handling customer emails via ticket system
• Maintaining and following up with existing customers
• Providing telephone support
• Processing customer files

Requirements

• German as a native language
• Basic PC skills
• Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, internet, laptop or PC, noise-cancelling headset)
• Motivation and commitment
• High-speed internet connection
