IT Administrator - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an IT Administrator to manage and support internal IT environment and infrastructure in a remote-first company that values personal and professional growth.

In Short

• Manage and support internal IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with security and ISO 27001 controls.
• Provide day-to-day technical support across the business.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• 3+ years of experience with networking and security.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in distributed environments.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
