IT Administrator - Remote

Overview

As an IT Administrator at Smart Working, you will manage and support the internal IT environment and infrastructure, ensuring system availability and compliance with security standards.

In Short

• Manage and support internal IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for users.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and internal security policies.
• Configure and maintain VPNs, firewalls, and network security tools.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and process guidelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for devices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Windows Server environments.
• 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• 3+ years of experience with networking and security.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and network issues.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
