In Short

• Individual consulting and support for our training participants in the placement process.
• Assisting in optimizing application documents and profiles.
• Helping to place participants in jobs and internships, including individual consulting and matching processes.
• Researching and identifying potential new partner companies.
• Proactively approaching and acquiring new clients to expand the corporate network.
• Maintaining and expanding existing corporate partnerships.
• Managing, updating, and administering company and applicant data in internal systems.
• Analyzing recruiting and placement processes to identify optimization potential.
• Supporting the organization and execution of career and recruiting events.
• Researching current developments in the labor market and talent management.

Requirements

• You are a registered student in a business-related communication program, e.g., Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology.
• Strong interest in recruiting, sales, and company acquisition.
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and enjoyment of networking.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools such as LinkedIn, Xing, or CRM systems.
• Initial practical experience in sales, recruiting, HR, or business development is a plus.
• You are available five afternoons a week.
