• Edit high-converting performance ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce and edit viral short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Edit long-form content for our YouTube and podcast channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategy Team to develop innovative video ideas.
• Incorporate creative effects and optimized hooks into our content strategy.
• Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to expand new content formats.
• Support the growth and development of our YouTube presence.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a cutter/editor for social media content and performance marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar programs.
• Familiarity with AI tools that enhance the editing process.
• Experience with viral video mechanisms: hooks, fast edits, memes, and trends.
• Creative sense for storytelling, platform trends, and visual dynamics.
• Ability to balance direct response and cinematic branding.
• Independent, reliable work style with a strong attention to quality.
• Motivation to experiment with new video formats and viral trends.
