In Short

• Work on one of our fastest-growing products critical to enabling the “reverse franchise” product offering.
• Own a product or coherent portfolio of features and be accountable for the entire product lifecycle.
• Identify new areas of investment for the product or area.
• Focus on building the new product area called Appliances, marrying hardware and software products.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, or Finance.
• Define simple, elegant solutions from understanding user needs.
• Be the product expert with a deep understanding of users, market, and technology.
• Foster innovation across the team.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience in Marketplace or SMB products.
• 1+ years in B2C or B2B hardware scaling end to end.

Requirements

• Experience in analyzing data to develop hypotheses and construct experiments.
• Experience in driving business outcomes, not just shipping features.
• Demonstrated experience using product analytics tools.
• Clear passion for Design Thinking and partnership with Product Design.
• Ability to communicate and partner well throughout an organization.
• Meticulous in taking care of details and demonstrating end-to-end ownership.
• Fluent in agile software development.
• Familiarity with the pizza or restaurant industry is a bonus.
