Motion Graphic Designer (Mid/Senior) - Remote

Sleeper is building the leading platform to connect friends over sports. Our mission is to create a digital playground for sports fans and their friends to hang out – on Sleeper, you can check scores, play games, chat, send memes, and much more!

Our flagship product, fantasy football leagues, is used by over 8 million people internationally, and we’re constantly adding new games, social features, and functionality to our social sports platform.

In Short

• Creating assets such as static ads, motion graphic ads, and videos for various marketing channels.
• Editing video footage with visual effects and graphic elements.
• Creating in-product assets and animations, such as tutorial videos.
• Work with design team to keep Sleeper branding innovative.
• Stay up-to-date on motion design trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and visual frameworks.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in motion graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals.
• Exceptional storytelling and animation skills.
• Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
