We are seeking a Project Counsel to join our US team, authorized to work in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones, focusing on legal support for sustainable aviation fuel projects.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) with active US bar membership.
• 6-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• 3-4 years in renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with project development and technology licensing.
• Commercial mindset and strategic thinking skills.
• High integrity and sound judgment.
