• Create persuasive and engaging texts for various formats including social media posts, videos, emails, newsletters, and push notifications.
• Personalize messages based on customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure message and image coherence.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously evaluate and improve content effectiveness.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and values.
• Analyze key performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for optimizing communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Linguistics, Literature, or Communication.
• Proven experience in SEO, storytelling, creative writing, and copywriting formulas such as AIDA, PAS, PASTOR.
• Advanced Portuguese proficiency.
• Skills in originality, creativity, oral and written communication, versatile writing, and research/analysis.
• Desirable: Experience with eCommerce or startups and in digital products across different countries.
