• Communication planning and execution skills required.

• Possess Pega certifications (PCBA, PCSA, PCSSA).
• Experience with large scale enterprise Pega implementation (1-3 years).
• Demonstrated collaboration and meeting facilitation skills.
• Significant experience leading business process modernization.
• Experience in design-thinking methods.
• Experience in business architect design with the Pega platform.
• Experience ingesting large and complex sets of data.
• Significant change management experience.
• SAFe knowledge and experience using scaled agile.
