We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Remote Records Data Entry Specialist to input, update, and maintain accurate records in our database.

In Short

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems
• Review records for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
• Organize and manage electronic and paper records as needed
• Follow company guidelines and data entry best practices
• Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong typing and data entry skills (minimum 40 WPM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
