Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and apply critical thinking.
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: RHIA or RHIT credential.
  • Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Participation in professional health information and IT groups.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with technical proficiency.
  • Ability to handle manual dexterity tasks with precision.
  • Frequent interactions with customers requiring effective communication.
