E-Commerce Growth Manager - Remote

Overview

The E-Commerce Growth Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns while managing product presentations and developing strategies for revenue growth in e-commerce.

• Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Manage product presentations on Amazon Seller Central
• Develop strategies for revenue growth in e-commerce
• Optimize user journeys, landing pages, and checkout processes
• Collaborate on pricing and promotion strategies
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Work closely with internal teams for efficient processes
• Utilize Shopify and Shopify Flow for optimizations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing and/or e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Seller Central
• Excellent skills in Shopify and Shopify Flow
• Experience in marketplace management and conversion optimization
• Analytical, structured, and results-oriented work style
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Fluent in German or English
