Vice President / Head of FP&A - Remote

Overview

This is a remote role for a Vice President / Head of FP&A at a Private Equity-backed Network Infrastructure / Security Software company that is preparing for a successful exit.

In Short

• 100% remote role based anywhere in the United States.
• Support the company through a successful sale/transaction over the next 9-12 months.
• Deep understanding of the business is required, including forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Lead P&L reporting and forecasting processes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Build and maintain robust financial models and systems.
• Manage a team of approximately 15.
• 15+ years in FP&A and leadership roles required.
• Experience in subscription-based recurring revenue environments is critical.
• Experience in scaled organizations is ideal.
• Track record of influencing leadership decisions through data analysis.

Requirements

• 15+ years in FP&A / Leadership with an emphasis on forecasting, financial analysis, and modeling.
• Familiarity with FP&A within On-Prem Software environments.
• Experience in Network Infrastructure / Security Software companies.
• Experience working under Private Equity Sponsors.
• Background in banking, consulting, or due diligence/advisory is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically about complex business problems.
• Clear communication of complex data analysis.
