In Short

Lead the Payments space at SimplePractice
Define payments roadmap based on business goals
Collaborate with payment service providers
Roll out new payments functionality
Track payment metrics
Conduct research for product enhancements
Manage product development from ideation to execution

Requirements

7+ years of experience in fintech and/or customer payments
Experience with payment processors like Stripe, PayPal, Square
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
