Marketplace Analyst (Hybrid) - Florianópolis/SC - Remote

Overview

We are looking for someone to join our team and manage the operations of our marketplaces: Mercado Livre, Amazon, Época Cosméticos, and other partners we love.

In Short

• Manage our accounts on marketplaces (upload products, optimize listings, adjust prices, monitor campaigns, etc.);
• Monitor performance indicators (sales, clicks, conversion, delivery, reputation… everything!);
• Ensure everything runs smoothly, with agility and organization;
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to improve results and grow channels.

Requirements

• Previous experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Época or similar);
• Ability to use marketplace optimization tools;
• Hands-on, analytical, organized, and good communication skills;
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bonus points (but not mandatory):
• Experience working with beauty, skincare, or cosmetics brands;
• Knowledge of paid traffic or ads within marketplaces;
• Experience dealing with customer service, logistics, and digital operations.
