In Short

  • Manage relationships with agency clients, carriers, and producers.

  • Process AOR/BOR letters and manage complex audit disputes.
  • Prepare pre-renewal summaries and manage policy renewals.
  • Gather underwriting data and present risks to markets.
  • Create proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Monitor aged receivables and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Active 2-20 Florida Property and Casualty license.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a retail book of business.
  • 5+ years insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Applied Epic experience is a plus.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and underwriting procedures.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Applied Epic.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
