Overview

The Navvy ERP Labor Analyst SME II position involves performing detailed analysis of civilian labor financial data to support budget formulation and execution while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial transactions.

• Analyze civilian labor financial data for budget formulation and reporting.
• Use Navy ERP to manage financial transactions and labor cost reports.
• Validate and reconcile labor data from SLCADA and DCPS.
• Develop forecasts and trend analyses for labor expenditures.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Monitor civilian labor obligations and ensure compliance.
• Assist with End-of-Year financial closeout activities.
• Conduct audit support for labor transactions.
• Collaborate with HR and budget offices on financial issues.
• Support Navy Echelon II or III commands.

Requirements

• 8+ years of financial management experience in a DoD environment.
• Hands-on experience with Navy ERP, SLCADA, and DCPS.
• Strong knowledge of DoD civilian labor management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
