The Research Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and mitigating threats in the AdTech ecosystem, focusing on digital security solutions.

• Resolve false positives and negatives by reviewing traffic flows.
• Maintain a manual list of domains for review or blocking.
• Review action logs and raw data for malicious activity.
• Monitor alerts in Slack for suspicious behaviors.
• Lead research initiatives for customer accounts.
• Identify customer concerns and feed them back for product improvement.
• Represent the Research team in business reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver new features.
• Develop defenses against novel threats.
• Document models and analyses for transparency.

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Basic database management skills (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with networking concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and network issues.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
