Overview

The Intelligence Lead will oversee the Threat Intelligence Unit, providing critical security analysis and support to clients while leading a team of specialists in monitoring and assessing threats.

In Short

  • Lead the Threat Intelligence Unit within Sibylline’s Global Intelligence Team.
  • Provide incident and threat monitoring, research, and intelligence analysis.
  • Ensure 24/7 coverage of intelligence output.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Coordinate with other teams for operational alignment.
  • Manage project and change management initiatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training of analysts.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Support the development of analytical products.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, International Relations, or related field.
  • Experience managing an intelligence team with corporate risk management knowledge.
  • 4-5 years of experience in private sector security or geopolitical analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • High level of competency with MS Office.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
