Supply Chain Analyst, Outbound - Remote

Overview

As a member of the ShipBob Team, you will be responsible for supporting outbound orders forecasting, data validations, modelling, and communicating with Operations & Merchant-facing leadership for forecasting and capacity decisions.

• Daily management in Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce for outbound forecasting updates.
• Work directly with the Forecasting management team for alerts and recommendations.
• Liaise with Fulfillment Center Operations and external Merchant teams on outbound orders.
• Track new merchants and their projected outbound shipments.
• Use data-informed reports to identify issues within forecasting.
• Support in running and maintaining Outbound forecasting models.
• Share knowledge with teams on effective practices and business opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain/e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Intermediate to Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to learn about technologies and demand forecasting.
• Qualitative and quantitative research skills and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• Hardworking with a focus on learning and helping small businesses.
• Ability to work in complex situations and remain focused.
