Senior Salesforce Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be a key member of our Revenue Operations team and will configure technical solutions for ShipBob’s internal stakeholders.

In Short

• Resolve daily requests and tickets that pertain to Salesforce.
• Participate in technical design sessions and help develop solutions that align with our business goals.
• Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
• Leverage declarative Salesforce tools to build solutions that build toward our business needs.
• Create tests for and document the implementation of business solutions.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience administering a 500+ seat Salesforce instance.
• Knowledge of and experience with declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Lightning Flow, etc.) as well as related best practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce best practices as well as knowing when to use declarative versus code solutions to achieve goals.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and excellent communication abilities.
• Salesforce Administrator Certifications.
