Overview

As the Director, Product Management (Fulfillment Tech), you will spearhead the development of product visions and strategies for our operational facing technology product suites. Your role is pivotal in enabling hundreds of fulfillment partners to service tens of thousands of merchants to harness ShipBob's network effects, enhancing their ability to serve shoppers more effectively.

Requirements

• Profound understanding of retail, e-commerce, WMS, and platform software sales.
• Track record of running product management teams in e-commerce fulfillment.
• Excel in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Expertise in building tier 1 warehouse management systems.
• Experience in returns inspection and processing systems.
• In-depth knowledge of marketplace and retail compliance management.
• Understanding of machine learning and its application in fulfillment tech systems.
