Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

In this role, you’ll be our client’s trusted point person, owning and managing multiple campaigns for one of our client’s most successful and engaging email channels.

In Short

• Deepen existing relationships with clients
• Run daily internal scrum meetings and client status meetings
• Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings
• Own and update status sheets
• Track and manage content and creativity through reviews, approval, and distribution of final assets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans
• Track and manage project burn
• Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to tackling problems
• Optimize and improve processes over time
• Have an understanding of wider email trends

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in email marketing
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven expertise with ESPs and email development
• Proficiency with Movable Ink operations is a plus
• Excellent organization skills
• A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Interest in data as content
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Expertise and/or certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
