• We're looking for a Mid or Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management team.
• You’ll be our clients’ trusted point person for orchestrating email programs and digital campaigns.
• Your duties include overseeing content and creative throughout the approval process.
• Success means having great relationships with clients and managing multiple deliverables.
• You’ll run daily scrums and client status meetings, create timelines, and identify risks.
• Monitor project health and profitability, track time, burn rates, and budget adherence.
• Deliver pixel-perfect work with attention to detail.
• 3+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments is required.
• Proven expertise in email marketing as a performance-driven channel.
• Hands-on experience with project portfolio management tools and enterprise email service providers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in email marketing and lifecycle strategy.
• Experience with project portfolio management tools.
• Financial services sector experience is a plus.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a nice-to-have.
• Experience with Movable Ink is a plus.
