Contract Management Employee (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

The Contract Management Team ensures that Shiftmove's customers are satisfied. You will assist with contract issues and provide support for questions related to invoices and orders. Your customer interaction feedback will be relayed to other departments to continuously optimize our products and services. Your work is therefore a significant value add to our company.

In Short

• You will support our business customers regarding their contracts, orders, and invoices, and process cancellations.
• You will be the point of contact, independently handling incoming customer inquiries via hotline and email through our ticket system.
• You will ensure our customers feel comfortable; their satisfaction is your priority, and you enjoy daily contact with them.
• You will work closely with various teams, such as Customer Success and Logistics, to contribute to a first-class customer experience.

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of proven experience in telephone or written customer service, ideally in commercial customer service.
• You are empathetic and enjoy daily interactions with our customers.
• You handle demanding cases with professionalism and remain friendly with customers.
• You are technically savvy, with a routine use of MS Office applications, and can quickly adapt to new tools.
• You can keep track of various customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• You speak fluent, confident German (C2) and have very good English skills (B2).
