Overview

As the Outbound Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our North American expansion. You'll play a pivotal role in qualifying and presenting the ShiftCare value proposition to potential customers identified through outbound activities.

In Short

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies for lead generation and new business growth.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute proposals and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
