In Short

• Own the technical discovery, roadmap, and implementation of the Mission Control platform.
• Concept and implement new features and functionalities for Mission Control operators.
• Work with the Director of Operations to align technical solutions with operational workflows.
• Develop standard operating procedures for new data integrations.
• Build and manage a talented team of technical engineers.
• Perform technical work to support team goals.
• Operator “on-console” as the chief engineer as needed.
• Design communication methods and response plans for ongoing issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation aligned with business processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a strategic, operations, or technical role.
• A passion for consistent improvement across large scale rollouts.
• Highly competent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with data systems such as Labview, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience working with leadership in delivering measurable improvements.
