• Accountable for plant financial reporting, spend management, annual budgeting, variance investigation, financial modeling, and productivity forecasting.
• Ensures high fiscal integrity in accounting practices and financial reporting.
• Collaborates with plant leadership for financial impact analysis and recommendations.
• Supports capital and non-capital project initiatives with cost validation.
• Contributes to strategic initiatives and operational productivity improvements.
• Develops new product costing models with Commercial Finance.
• Fosters collaboration and improves financial acumen across teams.
• Identifies issues and drives continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Engages with associates on the production floor to enhance productivity.
• Synthesizes large data quantities into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Ability to lead decision-making processes in a team environment.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
