Project Management Intern (Public Administration and Bidding) - Remote

Overview

At Sharkally, an automation and AI company, we are looking for an intern focused on management and analysis to support projects related to public administration, bidding, and administrative processes. You will work directly with our team in the preparation, organization, and execution of projects for public and private sector clients.

In Short

• Support in the preparation and review of files for public tenders and competitions.
• Conduct searches on contracting platforms (national and European).
• Draft executive summaries, technical sheets, and supporting documents.
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and follow-up.
• Organize documentation, verifications, and administrative requirements.
• Support in the analysis of bases, technical criteria, and requirement evaluations.
• Participate in internal meetings to coordinate progress and deliverables.

Requirements

• Student of Administration, Law, Public Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Interest in public contracting, project management, or compliance.
• Analytical skills and detailed reading of bidding bases.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and management tools.
• Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Desirable: familiarity with the Contracting Law, PLACSP, or similar portals.
