Overview

The GBS Technical Reviewer has to check that ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 audit report packs comply with all relevant requirements.

In Short

• Check audit report packs for compliance with ISO standards.
• Verify audit conducted according to SGS procedural requirements.
• Ensure all documentation is present and complete.
• Confirm audit scope aligns with certification requirements.
• Raise queries if any items are inadequate.
• Perform reviews in a timely manner.
• Use relevant IT systems for audit processes.
• Maintain knowledge of management system standards.
• Fluency in English is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Successful completion of Lead Auditor course for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience related to ISO standards is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to produce clear reports and correspondence.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Adaptable to change and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with minimal supervision.
