• Conduct independent asbestos inventories in complex buildings and industrial environments.
• Prepare and execute projects autonomously, ensuring expected results are achieved.
• Translate assignments into a practical action plan, identifying potential obstacles.
• Manage the full process of asbestos inventory from preparation to completion.
• Document findings in a structured research report.
• Provide tailored advice to clients based on their situations and goals.
• Oversee project management, liaising with clients about results and progress.
• Responsible for the successful completion of large and complex projects.
• Share knowledge and experience with junior colleagues.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DIA and a valid driver’s license.
• Structured, careful, and responsible in managing projects.
• Eager to learn and improve continuously.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Client-oriented and solution-focused.
• Critical thinker contributing to process enhancements.
