Overview

The Environmental Project Manager will serve as a client advocate and laboratory liaison, managing projects from initiation to completion while fostering strong relationships with clients and technical staff.

In Short

• Hybrid opportunity: onsite 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.
• Key member of the Client Services team.
• Responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Acts as the main point of contact for clients.
• Guides successful project completion from request to invoicing.
• Collaborates with laboratory operations and sales teams.
• Monitors project status and communicates updates.
• Documents and executes client requests.
• Participates in client meetings.
• Promotes a positive working atmosphere.

Requirements

• Associates' degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sciences and/or customer service.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
