Overview

SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund managing $2B+ of affordable single-family homes. The Fund renovates distressed homes, using software-driven operations to run many “tertiary” markets concurrently. Today we own 10,500+ homes in 20 states.

In Short

You will architect and build end-to-end data and workflow orchestration solutions.
Define, build, and maintain canonical metrics stores.
Develop advanced AI & ML models to drive business value.
Ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure for data engineering.
Stay on the cutting edge of AI/ML trends.
Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
Analyze system efficiency and performance.
Collaborate on scoping and prioritizing the roadmap.

Requirements

Experience building end-to-end data solutions.
Strong expertise in Python, SQL, DBT, Snowflake, and ETL tools.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based services.
Strong product sensibilities.
AI-first sensibilities.
Entrepreneurial experience preferred.
