Overview

SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund managing $2B+ of affordable single-family homes. The Fund renovates distressed homes, using software-driven operations to run many “tertiary” markets concurrently. Today we own 10,500+ homes in 20 states.

In Short

• You will architect and build end-to-end data and workflow orchestration solutions.
• Define, build, and maintain canonical metrics stores.
• Develop advanced AI & ML models to drive business value.
• Ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure for data engineering.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI/ML trends.
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
• Analyze system efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate on scoping and prioritizing the roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience building end-to-end data solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, DBT, Snowflake, and ETL tools.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based services.
• Strong product sensibilities.
• AI-first sensibilities.
• Entrepreneurial experience preferred.
