As a Tech Lead at Servant, you will play a pivotal role in driving technology projects and delivering high-quality solutions in alignment with our mission. This role will require both technical and leadership expertise to guide a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring all deliverables meet our standards of excellence.

In Short

• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define, plan, and prioritize engineering projects.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, mentoring engineers and providing constructive feedback.
• Lead and actively participate in the design, development, and review of scalable technical solutions.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new engineering team members.
• Oversee the engineering team’s deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
• Facilitate and drive the discovery, documentation, and maintenance of project-related artifacts.
• Embrace and support Servant’s mission and values.
• Work across diverse technology stacks with expertise in relevant areas.
• Extensive experience working in Agile teams and related tooling.
• Prior consulting experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related industry experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership skills.
• Direct experience working across diverse technology stacks.
• Extensive experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience working remotely.
• Prior consulting experience preferred.
