In Short

• You will manage product development projects in the packaging sector.
• You will act as Project Leader for cross-functional technical projects.
• You will organize and participate in sampling activities.
• You will collaborate with technical departments and suppliers.
• You will work closely with the Validation Lab for testing methods.
• You will provide technical support to clients on packaging design.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical R&D or Management role.
• Knowledge of polymers and plastic molding technologies.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and 3D CAD software.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
