In Short

• Provide production support for MSBI applications (SQL, SSIS, SSRS).
• Analyze job failures, recommend resolutions, and implement workarounds.
• Manage incidents, SLA compliance, and on-call support for critical applications.
• Liaise with customers to manage expectations and escalations.
• Document processes and collaborate with developers on changes.
• Utilize Service Now and Control-M for ticketing/scheduling.

Requirements

• 5+ years in MSBI production support (SQL Server 2012/2016, SSIS, SSRS).
• Expertise in MSBI and SQL Server architecture.
• Experience with Service Now, Control-M, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for weekend shifts (12+ hours) and weekdays (30+ hours).
