Sentara is currently hiring a Patient Care Technician to work at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital on the Neuro/Stroke Medicine Unit 2 East. This role involves providing patient care and supporting the admissions and discharge process under the supervision of a professional nurse.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• American Health Associate BLS Certification required within 90 days.
• Must have certification as CNA, NCMA, NCPCT, or equivalent.
• Experience as a PCT or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Current enrollment in a clinical program is acceptable.
• Ability to work FLEXI dayshift hours.
• Strong communication skills.
