In Short

• Creation and implementation of online marketing measures (e.g., Social Media, SEO/SEA, Content Marketing) in collaboration with an agency.
• Development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new franchise partners and end customers.
• Operational implementation of sales activities (e.g., managing the CRM system, researching leads, initial contact, follow-up).
• Support and onboarding of new partners.
• General marketing tasks, such as designing presentations, flyers, social media graphics, and informational materials.
• Preparation and support for trade fairs and events.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in marketing, communication, media, business administration, or similar.
• Initial professional experience in marketing, business development, or sales – ideally in the franchise or service sector.
• Strong hands-on mentality – you enjoy implementing tasks rather than just coordinating.
• Interest or initial experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Proficient in common tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Organizational talent, initiative, and enjoyment in building something together.
• Very good German language skills, good English skills are an advantage.
