Overview

We are seeking a Franchise Operations Manager with Home Care experience to join our team. If you're a passionate and innovative expert in the Senior Care industry with great business consultation skills, then we’d like to hear from you!

The Franchise Operations Manager performs a wide variety of duties to monitor and administer the Senior Helpers Franchise Operations system, including, but not limited to business planning, marketing, operational management, KPI management, and on-going training for new and current owners.

In Short

  • Serve as an expert and knowledgeable resource providing valuable coaching and consultative services for franchisees.
  • Oversee and ensure completion of the day-to-day pre-training task list activities keeping new franchisees on target for training.
  • General operations support including assistance with organizational charts, financial management, and hiring procedures.
  • Conduct consistent consultation calls with franchisees.
  • Coaching and role play for inquiry calls and assessments.
  • Creation of business plans and annual budgets.
  • Conduct one on-site visit for newer and current franchisees.
  • Monitor all assigned franchisees for compliance.
  • Cultivate and preserve franchisee relationships.
  • Participate in annual conference and regional trainings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • Previous home care, hospice, or home health experience.
  • Franchising experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
