Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence of two flagship brands in the DIY and electronics sector, creating engaging communities that inspire makers and hobbyists in DACH and the USA.

In Short

Develop tailored social strategies for AZ-Delivery and Wirefy.
Plan, create, and publish original content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Build and maintain an active community through engagement.
Establish and manage a Brand Ambassador Program.
Collaborate with Content, Email, and Performance Marketing teams.
Monitor performance and analyze KPIs for continuous optimization.

Requirements

Extensive experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce.
Proven expertise on Meta platforms and TikTok.
Experience in creating engaging content with a strong eye for storytelling.
Structured and proactive work style, managing multiple projects independently.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Bonus: Genuine interest in DIY or the Maker scene.
