Technical Lead for Code Review Project - Remote

An international company which has been on the market since 2009 - the maker of of the #1 OS for web-hosting providers is looking for a Technical Lead for Code Review Project to join its team!

Company’s products are used by thousands of companies around the world, including Dell, GoDaddy, IBM, Zoom, and many others. You will be contributing to a rapidly growing product that leverages AI to automate code reviews and enhance code quality across multiple development teams.

It is a fully remote company with flexible hours in European time zones (up to GMT+4).

In Short

• Develop and implement a code review system for multiple languages
• Use advanced code analysis techniques (e.g., AST parsing, control flow analysis) to detect bugs, style issues, and security vulnerabilities
• Customize the tool to meet team-specific needs
• Integrate the tool with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)
• Collaborate with DevOps for smooth deployment and maintenance
• Define and enforce code review standards, including style, security, and performance checks
• Provide feedback on pull requests and automate repetitive checks
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and adapt the tool accordingly
• Research emerging tools and techniques to improve the reviewer

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Experience with code review tools and techniques
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
