Overview

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Consultant (m/w/d) to strengthen our team – preferably 100% remote.

In Short

• Support partners and users in using the software (via phone and email) in the area of inventory management & CRM.
• Work closely with quality management by documenting and reproducing program errors.
• Analyze incoming requests and independently find the appropriate solution for the customer.

Requirements

• Business knowledge and initial exposure to ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable in personal and digital interactions.
• Enjoy working in a team and thinking outside the box.
