DRE Interiors- Seats - Remote

Overview

The DRE is responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and release of interior systems, coordinating with various departments and ensuring manufacturing feasibility.

In Short

• Responsible for engineering and design of interior systems.
• Coordinate packaging with adjacent departments.
• Work with virtual validation groups.
• Maintain and update DVP&R and DFMEA.
• Support and manage suppliers for quality actions.
• Experience in designing seat chassis and textiles.
• Knowledge in production process feasibility.
• Experience with injection molding and plastic components.
• Familiarity with OEM or supplier design and release.
• Proficient in CAD applications like CATIA V5 and Solidworks NX.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in relevant engineering field.
• 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Experience with component builds and execution.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience with DFMEA and DVP&R creation.
• Familiarity with mold flow analysis.
• Experience in automotive or aeronautical fields.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico.
