• Interface with cross functional team to design and develop functional solutions.
• Work with Design / Releasing teams for consistency in requirements.
• Translate Functional Objectives into technical requirements.
• Create and analyze alternative design concepts.
• Support Benchmarking of competitive vehicles.
• Maintain core Engineering Design Practices (EDP’s).
• Implement innovation roadmaps and coordinate new technologies.
• Own and update DFMEA, DVPR, and FMEA.
• Manage Tier I suppliers and software releases.
• Develop timelines and drive programs to meet deliverables.
