Senior Cloud Network Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Cloud Network Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and improving high performance enterprise scale network for SEEK.

In Short

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise-scale network and architecture
• Design security patterns for cloud, internal and production networks
• Manage the lifecycle of network routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
• Ensure network performance is optimal and security controls are in place
• Network troubleshooting and fault analysis
• Configuration and support of networking between on-premise and cloud
• Engage with internal & wider development teams
• Provide technical mentorship across teams
• Identify areas of risk and seek solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners

Requirements

• Proven network experience in cloud and on-prem environment
• In-depth knowledge of on-prem networking environment
• Solid experience in AWS/Azure networks
• Knowledge in inter-connectivity between cloud and on-prem networks
• Automation and IaC skills
• Network Security skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor peers
• Relevant vendor certifications will be highly regarded
