Overview

As a Principal Data Scientist in our Generative AI team, you will be a strategic and technical leader at the forefront of SEEK’s AI evolution, working on complex, high-impact problems and helping to set the direction for Generative AI initiatives across the business.

Requirements

A MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions.
Deep understanding of AI/ML model development.
Track record of leading impactful AI initiatives.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
