As a Principal Data Scientist in our Generative AI team, you will be a strategic and technical leader at the forefront of SEEK’s AI evolution, working on complex, high-impact problems and setting the direction for Generative AI initiatives.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML model building and optimization.
• Proven track record of leading impactful AI initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
