Overview

SEEK is seeking a motivated Associate Security Engineer to join their Offensive Security team, focusing on cybersecurity and penetration testing in a supportive environment.

In Short

Participate in project lifecycle and provide input on scoping.
Perform penetration tests on web applications and networks.
Document and report findings with guidance.
Build familiarity with scripting for automated testing.
Accurately assess risk for findings.
Develop and maintain technical skills and industry awareness.
Follow up on bug reports and tickets.
Participate in red team activities and security research.

Requirements

Experience in software development or cybersecurity.
Familiarity with tools like nmap, Metasploit, and Burp Suite.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Strong reporting skills, including project management systems like Jira.
