The Team Sales Lead (Life Insurance) is responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and leading a team of outside sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Active Life Insurance license in all states of responsibility.
• 2+ years of experience as a Life Insurance Agent Lead or similar role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in strategizing and executing sales plans.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and trends.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to develop and lead a sales team.
